How is Adriano Cerocchi

Adriano was born the 22-05-1985 in Rome (Tiburtino district) where he spent his childhood and where he live today! Since he was children he was a tecnology lover, in fact his favourite game was electrical circuit! He played with some batteries, wire, light bulb and little engine as learn from the father.
Besides the electrical circuits he loved so much lego building blocks, mecanic construction and wood/clay workmanship that he used as support for his home-made electrical mechanisms.
Other than electrical circuits and other games shown there is another passion that drive him since he was young: the cars! He thinks that the cars are the best engineering expression, in fact into the car/automotive world one can find a very hard comparison between hi-tech and cost: the real problem is not if something is solvable but if it is solvable with low cost!
The meeting between Adriano and computer world happened only when he was 14 years old, but it was not too late! When Adriano discovered that with a computer he can made for free any kind of idea...was immediately great love!
Today Adriano is a Ph.D. student in Computer Science at the School of Engineering at the University of Rome "La Sapienza", his advisor is professor Leonardo Querzoni and his research is voted to the distributed systems. Adriano is a member of MIDLAB's staff. MIDLAB (Middleware Laboratory) is a middleware research group directed by prof. Roberto Baldoni.
